Cloud Cannabis Co. is a dispensary brand with multiple locations in the state of Michigan. Budder helped design and develop a merchandising strategy to create a more memorable and meaningful retail experience. Along with the retail work, we refreshed the brand's visual identity and product category stories.

Starting with a high-level audit, we look at environmental branding opportunities, signage, merchandising, customer journey and path to purchase.
Product Merchandising

Taking direction from the brand's name, we carried the sky inspiration into color palette, copywriting and in-store product categories. Categorizing products by both benefit/effect and delivery allow for a more approachable shopping experience.
Budder's new cannabis merchandising system called Budder Groove System, is deployed at Cloud dispensaries.
BGS is comprised of 40+ parts and pieces that make up the merchandising kit of parts which is geared specifically for the industry's unique products and packaging form factors.
